Welcome to HOBY Illinois Youth Leadership!
HOBY Illinois conducts two leadership seminars each year for more than 250 area high school sophomores. Each area high school is invited to send at least 1 student to their local seminar. The seminars are planned and executed entirely by dedicated volunteers, many of whom participated in the program when they were in high school. Funding for the seminars comes from donations that our volunteers raise. We welcome your participation as a sponsor, a volunteer or both. Contact us today to get involved!

Are you looking for information about how to attend our seminars?
Below you will find the Leadership Seminar registration packet that HOBY National mails to all accredited area high schools. Each school has the opportunity to register at least 1 student. After reviewing the registration materials, please contact your guidance counselor or principal to ask how you can register!
